Tiva's CD8-eGFP-LNP shows a high percentage of conjugated LNP and a high degree of CD8-cell-specific transfection.
CD8⁺ T cells express GFP strongly, while CD4⁺ cells stay near baseline — confirming on-target delivery.
Tiva's Ready-to-target CD8 kit is a high-affinity CD8α-binding Fab conjugated to a PEGylated lipid. Mixed with LNPs under defined conditions, the CD8αFab-PEG conjugate integrates into the lipid layer and transforms them into CD8-targeting tLNPs — so you can screen multiple targeting ligands at once using the same LNP batch.
